What this website collects, and what it never does.

Last updated November 5, 2026

1. This page covers the website

This policy covers getfeder.com: the free reading, the links to create an account, and support. Feder is for businesses and the people who run them, and it is operated from the United States. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your Feder account, billing and connected tools are covered by the app privacy policy.

2. What the website collects

  • Your first reading. When you type your website, Feder reads its public code, the way any visitor's browser receives it, to show the results on the page. We do not keep the address or the results.
  • Invite and offer codes. If your link carries a code, your browser keeps it for this visit only, so it can be applied when you create your account. It leaves your browser only when you choose to create an account.
  • Support. If you email support@getfeder.com, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
  • Site measurement. Any measurement of how this site is used runs only after you consent. No advertising identifiers, and nothing that follows you to other sites.

3. Feder and Google

In the app, Feder reads from the Google products you connect: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, YouTube, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. It changes nothing there unless you ask it to, such as fixing a GA4 key event, which Feder does once with one-time access. Feder's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect a source in Feder and revoke access through your Google Account. Disconnecting is separate from deleting readings Feder already stored: those may remain after you disconnect, and you can ask us to delete them at support@getfeder.com. Details are in the app privacy policy.

4. How the website uses it

  • To show the reading you asked for.
  • To carry your plan, your site and any code into account creation, when you choose to start one.
  • To answer support.
  • To understand which pages are used, only after you consent.

We do not use this website's data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and browser storage

  • Strictly necessary: security and load balancing.
  • This visit only: your browser's session storage keeps your reduced-motion choice, the page you came from (so the walk between pages plays), and any invite code. It clears when you close the tab.
  • Optional measurement: only after you consent.
  • Your privacy choice: your browser's local storage keeps your site measurement choice for up to seven days, and a note of when you last kept Google Analytics off, so nothing is sent against your choice. Your Google Analytics choice itself lasts for this visit.
  • Google Analytics (optional): if you allow it, Google processes limited page views for Feder and may set analytics cookies. We do not include email addresses, account IDs, monitoring content or the full web addresses of the pages you visit in those events. You can withdraw this choice in Privacy choices. Google privacy policy.

6. Who we share data with

The website runs on Vercel, which hosts the pages and runs the reading. If you allow Google Analytics, Google receives the limited page views described in section 5. Account data, billing and connections are shared only as the app privacy policy describes. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose data if required by law, for example a valid court order, and we will tell you unless the law prevents it.

7. How long it is kept

  • Your first reading is not kept.
  • A code in your browser clears when you close the tab.
  • Support email is kept while we help you and as long as we need it to look after your account.
  • Cancelling a paid plan does not delete anything. Free keeps 90 days of history and Circle keeps 24 months.

8. Your privacy requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@getfeder.com. We honor these requests in the spirit of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA): we will confirm what we hold, correct what is wrong, and delete on request, subject to records the law requires us to keep. We never treat you differently for asking.

9. Security

Every page and reading travels over an encrypted connection (TLS). Only the people and systems that need access have it.

10. Changes and contact

A material change to this policy is posted here with a new date. Questions go to support@getfeder.com. We reply within 3 business days.
